This lovely little bolster is useful for placing behind the back or neck to gently improve posture. They are also fantastic as knee supports when meditating using a crescent moon or round zafu meditation cushion.

Each bolster is filled with appx. 100g. of softly packed, freshly cleaned kapok sewn into a calico inner. Removable covers are optional.

Slight compaction will occur over time but Kapok will ‘Fluff up’ by being placed in direct sunlight. Fortnightly is preferable but not critical.
